DMRC – Temporary traffic disruption

The Ministry of Works and Transport (MOWT) in collaboration with the National Infrastructure Development Company Limited (NIDCO) has applied for a CEC for the Establishment of a Marina and Related Marina Facilities at Friendship Estate, Canaan, Tobago, see attached conceptual plans. The EMA has determined that an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is required for the proposed activity in accordance with Rule 5 of the CEC Rules.

A draft Terms of Reference (TOR) has been provided by the EMA for the preparation of this EIA. The EMA requires that this draft TOR be circulated to key stakeholders for their comments.
