An integral component of NIDCO’s IT Department is to establish adequate controls, policies, procedures and documentation to ensure the validity and completeness of the department’s functions as it provides adequate user and system support. NIDCO has recognized that this extends beyond departmental operating controls to the policies and procedures of the underlying technologies used. The IT architecture and the systems that support the business processes are at the backbone of the organization hence, the IT Department provides extensive support to all NIDCO’s locations, users and systems and is responsible for providing Information and Communication Technology solutions and connectivity across varying mediums to ensure all users and departments can work towards achieving their goals.
