The Human Resource Department’s major goal is focused on ensuring that all employees are able to function in their portfolios effectively enhancing the operations of NIDCO. Further, we are focused on maintaining a highly motivated, self-driven, capable and independent work force to ensure retention and the right mix of employee skills through proper recruitment.
Human Resources have created human resources policies, practices, and procedures that comply with the law and are consistent with NIDCO’s corporate culture. This includes, for example, the Employee Handbooks, HR and HSE Manuals, and the New Employee Orientation Programme.
The Human Resources Department strives to provide significant support and advice to line management. Human Resources is responsible for the attraction, preservation and development of high caliber people as a source of competitive advantage for our business.
